KYSOR//WARREN PRODUCES FIRST NHS – NARROW HORIZONTAL SLIMLINE R407A REFRIGERATION RACK

(June, 2008 - Columbus, GA) Columbus, GA-based Kysor//Warren, already known for providing food retailers with reliable, energy-enhanced, refrigeration equipment, has produced what is believed to be the first new parallel compressor racks designed for use with R407A. A handful of refrigeration systems have been changed from R22 to R407A as field conversions but these are believed to be the first new equipment. Kysor//Warren is a founding partner of GreenChill and Ineos Fluor (the maker of R407A) is also a member of GreenChill.

Kysor//Warren is helping our customers improve their operations by providing new refrigeration equipment that will compliment their remodel and expansion plans where existing equipment will be converted from R22 to R407A in addition to adding increased refrigeration.

This R407A refrigeration rack is also part of Kysor//Warren's design objective to deliver "SlimLine" racks at only 36" front to back depth by the end of FY08. Kysor//Warren "Narrow" racks are the industry standard at 42” front to back depth. The new “SlimLine” design saves floor space for our customers and is available with existing refrigerants and new advanced replacement refrigerants for R22.
